卤鸡脚

Braised Chicken Feet

Ingredients 材料:

600g Chicken Feet
10 clove Garlic
4 Dried Chili (Cut into small pcs)
Some Ginger Sliced
1 Stalk of Spring Onion
250g Diced Mushroom (Rehydrated)
2 Cinnamon
5 Star Anise
Half Tbsp White Pepper

鸡脚 – 600克
蒜头 – 10粒
辣椒干 – 4个(切碎)
姜片 – 适量
青葱 – 1根
冬菇丁 – 250克(泡发)
桂皮 – 2支
八角 – 5粒
胡椒粒 – 半汤匙

Seasoning 调味料:

2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp Dark Caramel Sauce
Some Salt
2 Tbsp Chek Hup Diamond Rock Sugar
800ml Water

蚝油 – 2汤匙
酱油 – 4汤匙
老抽 – 3汤匙
盐 – 适量
泽合冰糖花 – 2汤匙
水 – 800毫升

Method 步骤:

Clean the chicken feet and rinse it. Drain and set aside.

把鸡脚处理干净后切半洗净待用。

Heat up the pressure cooker with some oil, add all the ingredients inside to saute until fragrant. Then add the chicken feet, diced mushroom and all the seasoning. Cover up with lid and cook for 30 minutes. Ready to serve.

先预热气压锅,加入所有的材料炒至爆香后加入鸡脚,冬菇丁和所有的调味料,关盖煮30分钟即可。
