Taro and Peanut Dessert Soup
Ingredients 材料:
500g Peeled Peanuts
1 Taro
Some Pandan Leaves
200g Chek Hup Diamond Rock Sugar
150ml Fresh Milk
1.6L Water for Pressure Cooker
2L Water for Gas Stove剥皮花生 – 500克
芋头 – 1块
斑斓叶 – 适量
泽合冰糖花 – 200克
鲜奶 – 150毫升
水 – 1.6公升(气压锅)
水 – 2公升(火炉)
Method 步骤:
Rinse the peanut and soak it in water for at least 1 hour.
把花生洗净后浸泡1小时。
Add the peanut, water, pandan leaves and taro into a pressure cooker to cook for 40 minutes. Then add the fresh milk and Chek Hup diamond rock sugar to stir until diamond rock sugar melted. Ready to serve.
把花生,水,斑斓叶和芋头放入气压锅中煮40分钟后加入鲜奶和冰糖花搅拌至融化即可。
