荷塘小炒

Stir-fry Mix Vegetables

Ingredients 材料:

Some Lotus Roots
Some Fresh Lily Bulbs
Some Asparagus
1 Some Carrots
Some Black Fungus
Some Snow Pea
Some Ginger Sliced

莲藕 – 适量
鲜百合 – 适量
芦笋 – 适量
萝卜 – 适量
黑木耳 – 适量
甜豆 – 适量
姜片 – 适量

Flour Solution 芡汁:

1 Tsp Vegetarian Cuisine
Some Salt
Some Chek Hup Diamond Rock Sugar
Some White Pepper

香菇调味料 – 1茶匙
盐 – 适量
泽合冰糖花 – 少许
胡椒粉 – 少许

Method 步骤:

Prepare and cut all the ingredients.

把所有材料切好备用。

Heat up a pot of oil, add the lotus root, snow pea and asparagus inside to fry, then remove and drain it.

先预热油锅,放入莲藕,甜豆和芦笋拉油后捞起沥干。

Heat up a pot of water, add the black fungus, carrot and a pinch of salt to blanch for 2 minutes. Then add the remaining ingredients to blanch. Remove and drain it, place on a plate, mix with all the seasoning and set aside.

锅中烧热水,放入黑木耳和萝卜,少许盐飞水2分钟,把剩下的材料加入锅中烫一烫,再捞起沥干,加入所有的调味料混合均匀。

Heat up some oil in a pan, add the ginger sliced to saute, then add all the ingredients to stir evenly, stir in the flour solution. Ready to serve.

锅中烧热适量油,放入姜片炒至爆香后加入所有食材翻炒均匀,加入芡汁勾芡即可。
