Baked River Prawns with Minced Garlic
Ingredients 材料:
500g River Prawns
3 80g Garlic
1 pcs Ginger
1 Red Chili
2 Stalk Spring Onion河蝦 - 500克
蒜頭 - 80克
姜 - 1小塊
紅辣椒 - 1條
蔥 - 2根
Seasoning 調味料:
Half Tsp Chicken Stock Powder
Some Salt
1 Tsp Chek Hup Diamond Rock Sugar
1 Tsp Rice Vinegar
Some Water雞精粉 - 半茶匙
鹽 - 適量
澤合冰糖花 - 1茶匙
白米醋 - 1茶匙
Method 步骤:
Prepare and cut all the ingredients.
把所有材料切好備用。
Rinse and wash the minced garlic twice, dry it and set aside.
把蒜米清洗2遍後按幹置旁備用。
Heat up some oil in a pan, add the shrimps to stir-fry until medium cooked, remove it from the pan and set aside. Add the half of garlic, ginger and minced chili to saute until fragrant. Add again the shrimps and all the seasoning. Bring to a boil.
鍋中燒熱適量油,放入蝦煎至6成熟後把蝦撈起備用。把一半蒜米,姜和辣椒米加入鍋中炒至爆香後加入蝦和所有調味料煮開。
At last, add the remaining minced garlic and spring onion to stir evenly. Ready to serve.
最後加入剩下的蒜米和蔥花炒均勻即可。
