Steamed Pork Belly with Shrimp Paste
Ingredients 材料:
400g Pork Belly(Sliced)
1 Ginger(Minced)
1 Spring Onion400克 花肉(切片
1块 姜(切碎)
1根 葱
Marinade 腌制:
1 Tbsp Shrimp Paste
Half Tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 Tsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Chinese Wine
Some Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp Water
Some Pepper
Half Tsp Chek Hup Diamond Rock 1汤匙 虾酱
半汤匙 蚝油
1汤匙 花雕酒
少许 麻油
1汤匙 水
少许 胡椒粉
半茶匙 泽合冰糖花
半茶匙 生粉
Method 步骤:
Prepare and cut all the ingredients.
把所有材料切好备用。
Marinate the pork slices with minced ginger, onion white and all the marinade evenly. Spread it on a plate.
把肉片,姜,葱白,和所有腌料混合均匀腌制后铺在盘子上。
Preheat the steamer, move the plate into the steamer and steam for 8 minutes. At last, sprinkle some spring onion. Ready to serve.
先预热蒸笼,把肉片放入蒸笼里蒸8分钟,最后撒上葱花即可。
