Nyonya Assam Shrimp
Ingredients 材料:
300g Shrimps
60g Assam Paste
1 Tsp Dark Soy Sauce
1 small pcs Ginger
1 clove Garlic
1 Tbsp Chinese wine
Half Tsp Salt
100ml Water
3 Tbsp Chek Hup Diamond Rock Sugar明虾 – 300克
亚参膏 – 60克
老抽 – 1茶匙
姜 – 1小片
蒜头 – 1粒
花雕酒 – 1汤匙
盐 – 半茶匙
水 – 100毫升
泽合冰糖花 – 3汤匙
Method 步骤:
Prepare and cut all the ingredients.
把所有材料切好备用。
Mix the assam paste with water and remove the seed with sieve.
把亚参膏和水混合均匀,再把种子过滤掉。
Heat up some oil in a pan, add the shrimps and pan-fry until fragrant. Add the ginger and garlic to saute again. Add the chinese wine, assam sauce, salt and diamond rock sugar to stir until thicken. Ready to serve.
锅中烧热适量油。放入虾煎香,再加入姜和蒜米炒至爆香。加入酒,亚参汁,盐和冰糖花大火炒至收汁即可。
