Method 步骤:
Prepare and cut all the ingredients.
把所有材料切好备用。
Blanch the duck and remove the foam. Then remove the duck from pot and rinse with water, drain it and set aside.
把鸭肉飞水后捞走浮沫后洗净沥干。
Heat up some oil in a pan, add the ginger slice inside to saute until fragrant. Add the duck meat and saute again. Pour in half bowl of chinese wine, soy sauce,oyster sauce, red fermented bean curd to stir until fragrant.
锅中烧热适量油,加入姜片炒至爆香后加入鸭肉炒香。加入一半的花雕酒,酱油,蚝油,南乳炒至爆香。
Pour in water, Chek Hup diamond rock sugar and dark soy sauce, bring to a boil. Turn to medium-low heat and cover up with lid, stew for half an hour. Turn to high heat to cook until thicken and pour in the remaining chinese wine. Ready to serve.
加入水,泽合冰糖花,老抽煮开。转中小火关盖焖半小时。转大火煮至收汁,沾酒即可。
