柠檬梅香烤鸡
Roast Chicken with Lemon and Sour Plum Sauce
Ingredients 材料:
Half a Lemon
2 Chicken Legs
2 Tbsp Sour Plum Sauce
Some Chek Hup Diamond
Rock Sugar
Some Salt柠檬 - 半粒
鸡腿 - 2只
酸梅膏 - 2汤匙
泽合冰糖花 - 少许
盐 - 少许
Method 步骤:
Cut some lemon zest.
切少许柠檬皮切碎。
Cut a few slits on the chicken legs. Sprinkle some salt, lemon juice and Chek Hup Diamond Rock Sugar on it. Wipe the chicken legs with sour plum sauce. Sprinkle some lemon zest over the chicken leg and keep it in the fridge to marinate for 2 hours.
把鸡腿开几刀后撒上适量盐,柠檬汁和冰糖花后擦上酸梅膏。把柠檬皮撒在鸡腿上收冰箱腌制2小时。
Preheat the oven, add the chicken legs inside to bake at 180℃ for 15 minutes. Ready to serve.
先预热烤箱,把鸡腿放入烤箱以180度烤15分钟即可。
