瓦煲啤酒鸡

Stewed Chicken with Beer

Ingredients 材料:

1 Organic Whole Chicken
1 Ginger
Some Garlic Clove
Some Celery
3 Rehydrated Shiitake
Mushroom(Sliced)
1 Tsp SzeChuan Peppercorn
1 Beer

菜鸡 - 1只(700克+-)
姜 - 1块)
蒜头 - 适量
芹菜 - 适量
泡发百花菇 - 3粒(切片)
青花椒 - 1茶匙
啤酒 - 1支

Marinade 腌制:

1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Chinese Wine
Some Salt
Some White Pepper
Half Tsp Chek Hup Diamond Rock Sugar
1 Tsp Dark Soy Sauce
Half Tsp Corn Starch
Some Cooking Oil

蚝油 - 1汤匙
酱油 - 1汤匙
花雕酒 - 1汤匙
盐 - 少许
胡椒粉 - 少许
泽合冰糖花 - 少许
老抽 - 1茶匙
生粉 - 半汤匙
油 - 适量

Method 步骤:

Prepare and cut all the ingredients.

把所有材料切好备用。

Cut the organic chicken into pieces, then rinse and drain it. Add the marinade to marinate chicken for 20 minutes.

把菜鸡切块后清洗干净沥干,再加入腌料腌制20分钟。

Heat up some oil in a pan, add the chicken, ginger and garlic inside to saute until fragrant.. Add the mushroom and sze chuan pepper to saute again.

锅中烧热适量油,加入鸡块,姜和蒜头炒至爆香,再加入花椒,冬菇再次炒香。

Pour in the beer and cover it with a lid to stew for 15 minutes, cook until the sauce is adorb.Place the stewed chicken in a claypot, decorate with some celery and heat up the claypot, ready to serve.

倒入啤酒,关盖焖15分钟煮至收汁后倒入瓦煲,放上芹菜。把瓦煲加热即可。
