Claypot Creamy Butter Shrimps
Ingredients 材料:
300g Shrimps
3 Shallots
1 Stalk Lemongrass
1 Chili Pepper
Some Curry Leaves明蝦 - 300克
乾蔥 - 3粒
香茅 - 1根
辣椒仔 - 1根
咖哩葉 - 適量
Seasoning 調味料:
¼ Tsp Curry Powder
1 can Evaporated Milk
Half Tbsp Chek Hup
Diamond Rock Sugar
1 Tsp Chicken Stock Powder
Some Salt支裝咖哩粉 - 1/4茶匙
淡奶 - 1罐
澤合冰糖花 - 半湯匙
雞精粉 - 1茶匙
鹽 - 少許
Method 步骤:
Prepare and cut all the ingredients.
把所有材料切好備用。
Heat up some oil in a pan, add the lemongrass and shallot to saute until fragrant, add the remaining ingredients to saute again.
鍋中燒熱適量油,放入香茅,乾蔥炒至爆香後加入蝦,咖哩葉和辣椒仔煎香。
Add all the seasoning inside and cook until the shrimp is cooked. Ready to serve.
把所有調味料加入鍋中煮至蝦熟即可。
