Ginkyo Lotus and Ginger Dessert
Ingredients 材料:
500g Lotus (Sliced)
30g Ginkyo Fruits
30g Lotus Seed Rehydrate for 1hour
16 Jujubes
2L Water
120g Chek Hup Ginger Brown Sugar莲藕(切片) - 500克
白果 – 30克
莲子 – 30克(泡发1小时)
红枣 – 16粒
水 – 2公升
泽合姜红糖 – 120克
Method 步骤:
Prepare and cut all the ingredients, then wash and drain it.
把所以材料切好洗净备用。
Heat up the water in a bowl, add all the ingredients inside and bring to a boil, turn to low heat and cook for 40 minutes. Ready to serve.
锅中烧开水后,放入所有材料再次煮开后转小火煮40分钟即可。
