Ingredients 材料:
3 Paektu Mountain Ginseng Roots
20g Goji Berries
20 Longan Pulps
20 Jujubes
120g Chek Hup Diamond Rock Sugar
1.5L Water長白山鮮人參 – 3條
枸杞 – 20克
干龍眼 – 20粒
紅棗 – 20粒
澤合冰糖花 – 120克
水 – 1.5公升
Method 步骤:
Cut the ginseng into half. Rinse and drain the goji berries, longan pulps and jujubes.
把鮮人參切半待用。把枸杞,干龍眼和紅棗洗淨。
Heat up a pot of water, add all the ingredients inside and bring to a boil. Turn to low heat and cook for 30 minutes. Ready to serve.
鍋中燒熱開水,加入所有材料煮至沸騰后轉小火煮30分鐘即可。
