冰凉梅子小番茄
Pickled Cherry Tomato With Plum Juice
材料:
- 小番茄500克,柠檬2粒,话梅70克,薄荷叶适量,水1公升
- 澤合蔗冰糖花100克
做法:
- 鍋中加入水和話梅煮開,再加入澤合蔗冰糖花小火煮10分鐘熄火。加入冰塊直至冷卻后再加入檸檬汁裝入保鮮盒待用。
- 把小番茄尾部開十字刀。煮沸一鍋水,放入小番茄汆燙后撈出裝盤,加入冰水放涼,再去皮。把小番茄放入保鮮盒關蓋收冰箱冷藏醃製2天即可。
