冰糖炖雪梨
Stewed Pear with Rock Sugar
材料:
雪梨 – 2粒雪耳 – 適量
枸杞 – 適量
澤合蔗冰糖花 – 1湯匙 (分2份)
水 – 適量
(蔗冰糖花:水比例是1:10)
做法:
- 把梨的頂端切下來,把種子挖掉,再把一些果肉挖出來。把梨放置在一個小碗上。
- 把果肉切小塊后放回梨里,再放入枸杞,雪耳,蔗冰糖花和水,蓋上。
- 把雪梨放入燉盅粒燉40分鐘即可。
