4 Herbs Dessert Soup
材料:
長白山鮮人參 – 3條枸杞 – 20克
干龍眼 – 20粒
紅棗 – 20粒
澤合冰糖花 – 120克
做法:
- 把鮮人參切半待用。把枸杞,干龍眼和紅棗洗淨。
- 鍋中燒熱開水,加入所有材料煮至沸騰后轉小火煮30分鐘即可。
