柠檬梅香烤鸡
Roast Chicken with Lemon and Sour Plum Sauce
材料:
柠檬 - 半粒鸡腿 - 2只
酸梅膏 - 2汤匙
泽合冰糖花 - 少许
盐 - 少许
做法:
- 切少许柠檬皮切碎。
- 把鸡腿开几刀后撒上适量盐,柠檬汁和冰糖花后擦上酸梅膏。把柠檬皮撒在鸡腿上收冰箱腌制2小时。
- 先预热烤箱,把鸡腿放入烤箱以180度烤15分钟即可。
