泰式龙眼鸡

Thai Stir Fried Chicken with Longan

Ingredients 材料:

1 slice Boneless Chicken Thigh (Diced)
12 Longan
Some 3 Color Bell Pepper(Diagonally)
Some Corn Starch

鸡扒肉 – 1片 (切丁)
龙眼 – 12粒
三色灯笼椒 – 适量(切角形)
生粉 – 适量

Marinade 腌制材料:

Half an Egg
Some Custard Powder
¼ Tsp Salt

鸡蛋 – 半粒
吉士粉 – 适量
盐 – ¼ 茶匙

Sauce 酱汁:

70g Thai Sauce
1 Tbsp Chili Sauce
1 Tsp Lime Juice
2 Tsp Chek Hup Diamond Rock Sugar

泰式酱 – 70克
辣椒酱 – 1汤匙
酸柑汁 – 1茶匙
泽合冰糖花 – 2茶匙

Method 步骤:

Prepare and cut all the ingredients.

把所有材料切好备用。

Mix the sauce ingredients evenly and set aside.

把酱汁材料混合均匀待用。

Mix the chicken with marinade to marinate, then coat it with corn starch.

把鸡扒肉和腌制材料混合均匀腌制,然后沾上生粉待用。

Heat up a pot of oil, add the chicken inside to fry until crispy. Remove and drain it. Blanch the bell pepper with hot oil and drain it. Set aside.

先预热油锅,加入鸡块炸至酥脆后捞出沥干备用。将热油淋在灯笼椒汆烫后沥干。

Heat up the pan, add the sauce and bring to a boil. Add the fried chicken, bell pepper and longan to stir evenly. Ready to serve.

先预热锅,倒入酱汁煮开后加入炸鸡块,灯笼椒和龙眼炒均匀即可。
