瓦煲奶油蝦
Claypot Creamy Butter Shrimps
材料:
明蝦 - 300克乾蔥 - 3粒
香茅 - 1根
辣椒仔 - 1根
咖哩葉 - 適量
調味料:
支裝咖哩粉 - 1/4茶匙淡奶 - 1罐
澤合冰糖花 - 半湯匙
雞精粉 - 1茶匙
鹽 - 少許
做法:
- 把所有材料切好备用。
- 鍋中燒熱適量油,放入香茅,乾蔥炒至爆香後加入蝦,咖哩葉和辣椒仔煎香。
- 把所有調味料加入鍋中煮至蝦熟即可。
