芋香花生糖水
Taro and Peanut Dessert Soup
材料:
剥皮花生 – 500克芋头 – 1块
斑斓叶 – 适量
泽合冰糖花 – 200克
鲜奶 – 150毫升
水 – 1.6公升(气压锅)
水 – 2公升(火炉)
做法:
- 把花生洗净后浸泡1小时。
- 把花生,水,斑斓叶和芋头放入气压锅中煮40分钟后加入鲜奶和冰糖花搅拌至融化即可。
