Method 步骤:
Mix the dough’s ingredients evenly and rest it for 20 minutes. Knead the dough until it smooths, then rest it again for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Separate the dough into 6 parts and knead it into a ball.
把面团材料混合均匀后休面团20分钟。把面团揉搓至光滑,再次休面团1小时半。把面团分成6份搓圆待用。
Prepare and cut all the ingredients. Mix the flour, salt, five spice powder and sichuan pepper powder evenly and set aside.
把所有材料切好备用。把面粉,盐,五香粉和花椒粉混合均匀待用。

锅中烧热适量油,放入葱白炒至爆香后倒入面粉里再加入葱花搅拌均匀。把它分为6份后搓圆。

把葱油酥用面团包裹起来后搓圆擀平,把两边往内折起成长条形擀薄后卷起来切半,再次擀平即可。
Heat up some oil in a pan, turn to medium-low heat to pan-fry the scallion pancake until golden on both sides. Ready to serve.
锅中烧热适量油,转中小火把葱油饼煎至两面金黄色即可。
