豆酱焖猪手
Braised Pork Trotter with Fermented Bean Paste
Ingredients 材料:
1 Pork Trotter
80g Garlic Cloves(Minced)
3 Dried Chili Peppers
1 Spring Onion(Minced)1只 猪手
80克 蒜头(切碎)
3根 辣椒干
1根 葱(切碎)
Seasoning 调味料:
2 Tbsp Thick Bean Paste
1 Tbsp Thin Bean Paste
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
600ml Water
Half Tbsp Chek Hup Diamond Rock Sugar2汤匙 粗豆酱
1汤匙 幼豆酱
2汤匙 酱油
1汤匙 老抽
600毫升 水
半汤匙 泽合冰糖花
Method 步骤:
Prepare a pot of water, add the pork trotter inside and bring to a boil for 5 minutes, then remove the foam from the pot, rinse and drain the pork.
准备一锅水,放入猪手煮开5分钟后捞走浮沫,再把猪手洗净。
Heat up the pressure cooker with some oil, add the garlic inside to saute until fragrant. Then add the dried chili and bean paste to saute again.
气压锅烧热适量油,放入蒜米炒至爆香后加入辣椒干,豆酱再次炒香。
Add the pork and the remaining seasoning into the pressure cooker, then cover up with a lid. Press the “stew” button and cook for 25 minutes. At last, sprinkle some spring onion over it. Ready to serve.
把猪手和剩下的调味料倒入气压锅中,关盖后点击“炖”按钮煮25分钟,最后撒上葱花即可。
