金果莲藕姜糖水
Ginkyo Lotus and Ginger Dessert
材料:
莲藕(切片) - 500克白果 – 30克
莲子 – 30克(泡发1小时)
红枣 – 16粒
水 – 2公升
泽合姜黄糖 – 120克
做法:
- 把所以材料切好洗净备用。
- 锅中烧开水后,放入所有材料再次煮开后转小火煮40分钟即可。
