冰糖炖雪梨
Stewed Pear with Rock Sugar
Ingredients 材料:
2 Large Asian Pears
Some Snow Fungus
Some Goji Berries
1 Tbsp Chek Hup Diamond Cane Rock Sugar(Seperate to 2)
(Diamond Cane rock sugar : water ratio is 1:10)
雪梨 – 2粒
雪耳 – 適量
枸杞 – 適量
澤合蔗冰糖花 – 1湯匙 (分2份)
水 – 適量
(蔗冰糖花:水比例是1:10)
Method 步骤:
1. Cut off the top part of the pear, remove the seed and dig out some flesh. Place it on a small bowl.
把梨的頂端切下來,把種子挖掉,再把一些果肉挖出來。把梨放置在一個小碗上。
2. Cut the pear fleshes into small pieces and put in the pear, add the goji berries, snow fungus, diamond cane rock sugar and water into the pear. Cover it with lid.
把果肉切小塊后放回梨里,再放入枸杞,雪耳,蔗冰糖花和水,蓋上。
3. Put the pear into the steamer and steam for 40 minutes.
把雪梨放入燉盅粒燉40分鐘即可。
