Fragrant Delightful Soup
300g winter melon (skinned), 25g snow fungus (soaked), 10g bitter almonds, 200g Chek Hup Crystal Rock Sugar, 100g Chek Hup Diamond Cane Rock Sugar, 2L water
- Cut winter melon into cubes. Cut soaked snow fungus into florets.
- Bring water to a boil. Add in Chek Hup Crystal Rock Sugar and Diamond Cane Rock Sugar, simmer with all the ingredients for at least 40 minutes until the flavours are infused.
- Serve hot.
