Maple Flavoured Egg Tea
110g maple twigs (sung kei sang, rinsed), 10g licorice sticks, 15 red dates, 8 hard-boiled eggs (shelled), 120g Chek Hup Diamond Rock Sugar, 80g Chek Hup Diamond Cane Rock Sugar, 2L water
- Boil maple twigs, licorice sticks and water in a pot for 40 minutes.
- Add red dates and both Chek Hup Diamond Rock Sugar and Diamond Cane Rock Sugar, cook till dissolved and the flavour is developed.
- Serve hot with the hard-boiled eggs.
