Grapes Enzyme

Ingredients:

250g green seedless grapes, 180g red seedless grapes, 1 lemon, 175g Chek Hup Crystal Rock Sugar, 180g Chek Hup Diamond Cane Rock Sugar

Method:

  1. Wash grapes and lemons. Air-dry.
  2. Cut grapes into half and thinly slice lemons.
  3. Combine all the Chek Hup Crystal Rock Sugar and Diamond Cane Rock Sugar.
  4. Line the base of a clean glass jar with some halved grapes and lemon slices. Sprinkle the combined Chek Hup Crystal Rock Sugar and Diamond Cane Rock Sugar over this layer of fruit.
  5. Continue layering the fruits with Chek Hup Crystal Rock Sugar and Diamond Cane Rock Sugar until 85% full. Cover the top with cling film.
  6. Shake the jar to distribute the ingredients evenly.
  7. Place the cap without twisting it tightly. Keep jar in a cool dry place for 2 days. Refrigerate for about 3 weeks before serving.
