Grapes Enzyme
Ingredients:
250g green seedless grapes, 180g red seedless grapes, 1 lemon, 175g Chek Hup Crystal Rock Sugar, 180g Chek Hup Diamond Cane Rock Sugar
Method:
- Wash grapes and lemons. Air-dry.
- Cut grapes into half and thinly slice lemons.
- Combine all the Chek Hup Crystal Rock Sugar and Diamond Cane Rock Sugar.
- Line the base of a clean glass jar with some halved grapes and lemon slices. Sprinkle the combined Chek Hup Crystal Rock Sugar and Diamond Cane Rock Sugar over this layer of fruit.
- Continue layering the fruits with Chek Hup Crystal Rock Sugar and Diamond Cane Rock Sugar until 85% full. Cover the top with cling film.
- Shake the jar to distribute the ingredients evenly.
- Place the cap without twisting it tightly. Keep jar in a cool dry place for 2 days. Refrigerate for about 3 weeks before serving.
