Refreshing Orange Lemon Enzyme
1 passion fruit (pulp only), 2 oranges, 2 lemons, 350g Chek Hup Crystal Rock Sugar, 100g Chek Hup Diamond Cane Rock Sugar
- Rinse oranges and lemons. Dry thoroughly. Slice thinly and remove seeds.
- Combine oranges and lemons together.
- Line the base of a clean glass jar with some orange and lemon slices and passion fruit pulp. Sprinkle the combined Chek Hup Crystal Rock Sugar and Diamond Cane Rock Sugar over this layer of fruit.
- Continue layering the sliced fruits and pulp with remaining Chek Hup Crystal Rock Sugar and Diamond Cane Rock Sugar until 85% full. Cover the top with cling film.
- Shake the jar to distribute the ingredients evenly.
- Place the cap without twisting it tightly. Ferment for at least 3 weeks before serving.
